Cancellation & Refund Policy

The reference date for refund calculations is the Competition start date (2026-10-17).

• More than 2 months before the Competition: 100% refund
• Between 1 and 2 months before the Competition: 50% refund
• Less than 1 month before the Competition: no refund

• Spectator admission tickets are non-refundable once purchased (regardless of purchase date or the Competition date).
• Tickets purchased on-site with cash are subject to on-site terms.

Refund amount = amount paid × refund rate. No payment gateway (PG) processing fee is deducted (the Company bears that cost). That is, a 100% refund means a full refund of the amount paid, and a 50% refund means half of the amount paid. Refund requests can be submitted via My Page.

Independently of the refund policy above, the statutory right of cancellation guaranteed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce may apply. However, as the Competition is a service provided at a specific time and over a specific period, the statutory right of cancellation may be restricted under that Act. Even in such cases, the Company will apply the refund policy above.

Proof of payment (cash receipts, tax invoices, etc.) is issued through the payment gateway (Toss Payments).
