Last updated: 2026-06-18
These Terms govern general use of the website and your account. Conditions for competition participation are governed separately by the Competition Terms.
1. Purpose and Definitions
These Terms establish the conditions and procedures for use of the URBANWAVE website (the "Service") operated by AfterAction Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members. "Member" refers to any person who has agreed to these Terms and entered into a service agreement with the Company.
2. Posting and Amendment of Terms
The Company shall post these Terms on the Service interface. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds permitted by applicable law. Upon amendment, the Company shall give notice of the effective date and reason for the change at least 7 days before the effective date; for material changes that are unfavorable to members, such notice shall be given at least 30 days before the effective date. If a member does not express an objection by the effective date following such notice, the member shall be deemed to have consented.
3. Membership Registration and Accounts
Membership registration is open to all ages (via Kakao social login or email self-registration); however, the team's average age must be 19 or older to register as athletes, and any minor team member must have consent from a guardian (legal representative) (minors may purchase spectator tickets only). Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and maintaining the security of their accounts. One account per person is the general rule.
4. Member Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
Members must not misappropriate another person's information, make payments by fraudulent means, or interfere with the Service's systems. The Company may restrict access or terminate the service agreement upon any violation.
5. Provision, Modification, and Suspension of Service
The Company may suspend part or all of the Service where necessary due to system maintenance, force majeure, or similar circumstances, and shall provide advance notice where reasonably possible.
6. Payment and Refunds
All matters relating to payment and refunds for competition entry fees and admission tickets are governed by Competition Terms §4 and §5 and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Consumer cancellation rights and the refund policy are as set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Personal Data Protection
The Company protects and processes members' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination and Restriction of Use
Members may request account deletion at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate a member's access if the member violates these Terms.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where the Company has not acted with intent or gross negligence, its liability for damages may be limited (within the bounds of applicable consumer protection legislation).
11. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The courts having jurisdiction over disputes shall be those designated under the Civil Procedure Act. The Company does not refer disputes with members to any separate arbitration procedure.
