The Company provides personal data to third parties solely where the data subject has given separate, explicit consent. There is currently no third party that receives personal data; if the Company enters into a partnership with a sponsor or similar party in the future, it will obtain the data subject's consent before any provision and will disclose in advance the recipient, the purpose, the categories of data, and the retention period.
